Turkiye is famous for its tourism  in the world thanks to the biggest airport in the world.

But it is also famous for the real estate market which is growing rapidly.

People from all around the world comes to Turkiye to invest in the real estate.

As you see the statistics below only in the month of June total 83.636 houses were sold. The sales fell by  44.4%, totaling 83,636.

Around 25.886 houses were sold for the first time in the month of June. The sales fell by 42.1% compared to the same month the year before, to reach 25,886.

Statistics shows that 2625 houses were sold to foreigners in the month of June. The sales to foreigners fell by 69.6% to 2,0625.

Between January and June, the number of homes sold fell by 22.1% from the same time last year to 565,779.
