Interior minister Soylu, announced new restrictions
Küçükçekmece, Başakşehir, Bağcılar, Avcılar, Bahçelievler, Sultangazi, Esenler ve Zeytinburnu closed for new residence permit applications.
As you know last year Esenyurt and Fatih districtions closed for address declarations to foreigners with new announcement these districts added 8 new. So totally number for closed district 10 in Istanbul. Only exception is studying in university or owning property as investors in these districts.
We are waiting new restrictions upcoming dates from goverment due to elections in 2023 June. If you consider totally 31 districts in Istanbul Every 3 to 1 district closed for foreigners.
