It is a mixed-use tower, featuring residential condominiums, hotel rooms, office space, and retail shops.
The tower is designed by architecture firm Behar Font & Partners and will be 70 stories tall, making it one of the tallest buildings in Miami.
The residential portion of the tower will consist of 391 units ranging from one to three bedrooms.
The hotel component will offer 294 rooms and suites, and the office space will occupy 64,000 square feet on 10 floors.
The retail space will cover 70,000 square feet and will include a restaurant, a café, and luxury shops.
Some of the tower’s amenities will include a spa and fitness center, a residents-only pool deck, a rooftop lounge, and an outdoor cinema.
The tower’s design also includes a unique feature: a vertical column of foliage that will rise up the exterior of the building, providing a striking visual element and helping to purify the air around the tower.
