Real Merter is becoming the new hub for wholesale textiles

The Real Merter project, bearing the partnership signature of Oliv Construction and Vizyon Construction, consists of 3 blocks and 248 residences.

There are 155 shops located underneath the blocks within the project. With its prominent commercial units, the project is expected to bring vitality to the region.

In Real Merter, the 1+1 apartments range from 66 to 89 square meters, 2+1 apartments range from 105 to 142 square meters, and 3+1 apartments range from 172 to 182 square meters in size.

The sizes of commercial units vary between 36 and 491 square meters. Real Merter is becoming the new hub for wholesale textiles.
