Nef is establishing a brand new city with a 1 kilometer frontage to the Hirfanlı Dam, the 3rd largest dam lake in Turkey, located on the Kızılırmak in the Kaman district of Kırşehir.

Nef will not build houses in the Nef City 82 project, but it wants the contractors who will build houses to comply with some conditions.

The architectural structure of the houses planned to be built in the project must be in accordance with the project drawn by Nef’s own architects.

The Hirfanlı region can be reached by land via the highway, by air with the airports in the surrounding cities and by train.

Nef City 82 project is located 1.5 hours from Esenboğa Airport, 2 hours from Cappadocia Airport, 2 hours from Konya Airport and 2.5 hours from Kayseri Airport.

In the Nef City 82 project, apart from the residences, 4 and 5 star hotels, school, shopping areas, organic garden, children’s playgrounds, health centers, horse riding areas, beach, organic market will be found.
