If you extended your hand you may touch the sea, this made me start designing a model field that brings up different responsibilities to an architect.

We have designed Marina on the basis of living experience at the coastal.

We  evaluated and considered the endless vast coastal and the pier as the strongest part of the project.

We reached a visual linkage with the sea in almost whole project; and we reinforced this linkage by considering a 3.5 meters ceiling height.

We  positioned the wellness center which includes various activities at the most beautiful spot.

We designed the outdoor swimming pool as an endless pool.

We add wide terraces and balconies which integrated with sea view; and also added fireplace terrace and the zen garden to the core of the project.

We made this project as a center for the coastal life by locating those gourmet restaurants and cafes at the ground floor.

Finally, Marina become a project that reflects the calmness of the sea and the vitality of the coastal.

Marina emerged from the thought of discovering the closest “home” to life.

Minimalism Which Always Stays Modern and New

The interior of Marina has been developed with a modern functional aesthetic sense of design.

The Wide Balconies and Terraces Are Integrating With the Sea

Useful interior layouts were complemented by balconies and terraces that reinforce the sensation of spaciousness.

Gross Ceiling Height of 3.5 Meter

The relevance between the width of a house and the volume of its spaciousness are considered.

At Marina, the volumes of spacious guest rooms, kitchens, and rooms were also enlarged.

Here the horizontal comfort was reinforced by the vertical comfort; therefore we have designed the height of the ceiling to be at 3.50 meters.
